It remains valid for 36 months from the date of issue when any unused balance will expire. The credit balance on the card can be used in whole or part against purchases but cash cannot be claimed for any unused balance. Please note: Please allow up to 24 hours for the e-Gift Card to be processed and delivered via email to the intended recipient. Please check junk/spam folder if e-Gift Card has not arrived within this time. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable or non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
