To redeem a Gift Card at the Website, at the point of checkout, select the 'Gift Card' option. Proceed to Order & Pay. Enter Gift Card details requested to complete transaction. To redeem a Gift Card at a Bras N Things Retail Store, present your Gift Card to the customer service operator together with the merchandise that you wish to purchase using that Gift Card. Using a digital gift card, our customer service operator will scan your QR code and/or input the Card Number and Pin Number. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Card. No change will be given for any Remaining Gift Card Value. The Remaining Gift Card Value may be used in whole or part against future purchases until the Gift Card expires.
An E-Gift Card is a gift card that gets emailed to either yourself or to the person you wish to give it to instantaneously. It is the perfect gift you can email to your family, friends or partner if you can't be there on that special day. E-Gift Cards are redeemable both in store and online and have a 36 month validity. Please note that: Australian Gift Cards can only be used online at www.brasnthings.com or in Australian stores. eGift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. eGift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Funds available on your eGift card can be verified at any time by either checking online at the Bras N Things website, or by asking for assistance at any Bras N Things store. No change will be given from a purchase made with an eGift card, instead any balance will remain on the eGift card and can be used in whole or as part payment against future purchases within the validity period of the card.
